The Ethiopian Community Village, located next to the Ethiopian Community Center in Seattle’s Rainier Valley, will provide a renovated and expanded space to various community-based programs and 90 units of affordable housing for Seniors consisting of a mix of one-bedroom and studio apartments, apartment for the Residential Manager, a community room, lounge area, and outdoor amenity space. Construction is expected to start in June 2021 and take approximately 17 months to complete.
