Elizabeth Thomas Homes

On February 22nd First A.M.E. and Catholic Housing Services had a blessing ceremony of their new workforce housing development in South Seattle. When complete Elizabeth Thomas Homes will bring 119 homes for working families and contain a plaza, playground, offices, and space for a Black-led non-profit from the community.
